At Viasox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new socks or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the products are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your receipt to track your return until it reaches our warehouse.
